Fifteen climate-controlled suites, one fenced acre of grass, and a routine that runs the same way every single day.
The suites
Fifteen indoor runs, [RUN DIMENSIONS], heated in winter and cooled in summer, with daylight through the door and fresh bedding for every stay. The walls are sound-buffered and the runs are separated, so a nervous dog can actually settle instead of listening to fifteen others.
The acre
One fenced acre of grass, [FENCE HEIGHT AND TYPE]. Turnout is five times a day and always one guest at a time — long enough to stretch out, sniff, and come back tired rather than wound up.
Separate yards
Reactive and anxious dogs never share a fence line with a stranger. If a guest needs to go out without another dog in sight, that is arranged before they arrive, not worked out on the day.

Cleaning and safety
- Daily disinfection. Suites, bowls, bedding and outdoor areas, with approved products left the full contact time. Soiled bedding is replaced, not rinsed.
- Isolation procedure. Any guest showing signs of a contagious illness is separated immediately and their owner is called.
- One guest moving at a time. Gates and latches are checked on every pass, and every dog moves on a professional slip lead wearing a Dogwood ID collar.
- Written emergency procedures for fire, severe weather, power outage, escape and medical emergency — rehearsed, not filed away.
Two things we will always tell you straight
There's no owner-viewable camera feed, and nobody stays on site overnight. Every guest is secured in a climate-controlled suite in a locked building, and the day starts again at 7:00 AM. During the day we'll send you updates and photos — what we can't do is be on the phone continuously, because the dogs are the job.
