Policies & FAQ
Answered plainly. The full detail is in your Guest Guide and Boarding Services Agreement.
Often, yes. We’re trainer-owned and experienced with reactive, anxious and difficult-to-handle dogs. What we need from you is complete honesty about your dog’s history before the stay — including any bite history. We can work with almost anything we know about in advance.
No. Intact dogs are welcome. There is never any group play here — every guest is boarded and turned out on their own — so an intact dog or a female in season is not a problem for us. Tell us in advance so we can plan turnout.
Yes, if they’re from the same household and settle well together. Each dog is still charged its own nightly rate. One thing to know: turnout is one guest at a time, so extra playtime isn’t available to households boarding two dogs.
Sixteen weeks, with the full vaccination series complete. Younger puppies aren’t housed in the main facility, but we can sometimes take them privately in a kennel attendant’s home, two at a time. Call and ask.
Yes. Medication is part of our higher-care rate at $75 per day. Send it in the original labelled container with written instructions, and bring pill pockets or whatever trick works at home. Every dose is logged.
We call you first, then your emergency contact. If we can’t reach anyone and it’s urgent, we take your dog straight to a veterinarian. Treatment is at the owner’s expense, which is why we ask for your vet’s details and an emergency contact on the registration form.
No, and we’d rather tell you that plainly. The facility is staffed from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM every day. Overnight, every guest is secured in their own climate-controlled suite, and the building is locked and alarmed.
We do have cameras, but they're for our team to keep an eye on the building, not a feed we can open up to owners. What you'll get instead is updates and photos during the stay, especially on longer ones. We'll always send them — we just can't promise constant contact, because caring for everyone here has to come first.
Neither is live yet. Boarding is what we do, and we’d rather do one thing properly. Tiffany is a professional trainer, so if you want training work alongside a stay, call and ask what’s possible.
Please tell us about bite history, aggression, escape tendencies, resource guarding or severe anxiety before the stay. We accept many guests other facilities turn away — but only when we know what we’re working with.
