Deposit & cancellation
50% deposit holds your dates
The balance is due at drop-off. We take card, Zelle, cash and check — a processing fee applies to card.
- More than 7 days’ notice — deposit refundable, less a 5% processing fee.
- Within 7 days of arrival — deposit is non-refundable and not eligible for credit.
- Early departure — no refund for nights not used.
